Scenario Contract

in Soviet law, a type of author’s agreement concerning the transfer of an unpublished work for use as the basis of a motion picture or a television film. The scenario contract generally has provisions for the payment of an advance to the author and, in the case of motion pictures, for full settlement to the author after approval of the scenario.
