(1) A common capillary nevus of the newborn, which consists of one or more flat, pink macules with irregular borders, classically see on the neck—Nevus flammeus nuchae—but also on the forehead, eyelids, tip of nose, upper lip or hairline on back of neck. Stork marks often darken with crying, fade with pressure, clear spontaneously in months and disappear by 18 months
