Reut

a river in the Moldavian SSR, a right tributary of the Dnestr. The Reut is 286 km long and drains an area of 7,760 sq km. It is fed primarily by snow. The mean flow rate 46 km from the mouth is 5.7 cu m per sec. The river is used for irrigation. The cities of Bel’tsy and Orgeev are on the Reut.
