Tokko

a river in the Yakut ASSR; a right tributary of the Chara River in the Lena River basin. The Tokko is 446 km long and drains an area of 23,100 sq km. The river rises in the Udokan Range and flows through the Olekmo-Chara Plateau. It is fed mainly by snow. Its mean flow rate is 220 cu m per sec. The river freezes in October, and the ice breaks up in May.
