Tulos

a lake in the Karelian ASSR. Lake Tulos has an area of 95.7 sq km and is at an elevation of 157 m. The shoreline of the lake is indented by inlets, and there are many islands. The lake freezes in November, and the ice breaks up in late April or early May. The Tula River originates in Lake Tulos.
