A visible portion of someone's buttocks above their belt, specifically the cleft between the two butt cheeks. Stereotypically associated with plumbers as they bend down on their hands and knees to work on toilets and the pipes beneath a sink. He bent over to pick up the coin, revealing quite the plumber's smile. I could tell I had a plumber's smile showing, but my hands were too dirty to reach back and pull up my pants.See also: smile

I came into the kitchen and was greeted by a plumber’s smile owned by some guy working under the sink.
