Formerly the Nasdaq-100 Trust, Series 1, this trust holds all the component securities that make up the Nasdaq and issues securities called QQQ Index Tracking Stock that are designed to track the approximate performance of the Nasdaq Index.NASDAQ 100 IndexA stock index of the 100 largest companies by market capitalization traded on NASDAQ.
