Speed test Speed test (spēd test) Maneuver used to determine bicipital tendinitis. An attempt to flex the supinated arm forward elicits pain and tenderness. The clinician places one hand over the bicipital groove and resists forward flexion of the arm with the other hand. A positive test result shows tenderness over the bicipital groove and muscular weakness. |
