释义 | victim's rightsvictim's rightsrights which must be accorded to certain victims of crime in some circumstances, in England and Wales. This includes the duty on the probation board to advise a victim of a sexual or violent crime where the offender is the subject of a hospital order of the right to make representations on certain matters and to receive information, in particular about licence conditions and the like, especially in the event of release on licence and where there maybe contact with the victim or his family. A similar regime applies if a transfer order is to be made. |
