Aramil

a city (until 1966, settlement) in Sysert’ Raion, Sverdlovsk Oblast, RSFSR.

Aramil’ is located on the Iset’ River (a tributary of the Tobol) 5 km from the Aramil’ railroad station (on the Sverdlovsk-Kurgan line). Population in 1968, 15,700. Industry includes a textile factory, an artificial fiber plant, and food-industry enterprises.
