Location:10 miles south of Great Falls on I-15 at Ulm Exit, then 6 miles northwest on Ulm-Vaughn road.

Special Features:This prehistoric bison kill site consists of a mile-long buffalo jump,or "pishkun," thought to be the largest in the United States. Themodern visitor center features displays and activities that explain theimportance of the buffalo to the native people of the Plains. The topof the jump offers panoramic views of the Rocky Mountain Front, theMissouri River, and the buttes and grasslands that characterize thearea.
