Special Features:Attractions within the park include the Hoyt Arboretum, containing thelargest collection of conifers in the United States; the OregonZoo, featuring more than 200 species of birds, mammals, reptiles,and amphibians (including 21 endangered species); the InternationalRose Test Garden; the Portland Japanese Garden; the World ForestryCenter; the Portland Children's Museum; and the Washington Park and ZooRailway, which offers regularly scheduled trips on replicas of 19thcentury steam-powered trains and 1950s-era streamliners.
