WDR35
WDR35
A gene on chromosome 2p24.1 that encodes a member of the WD-repeat protein family, which are involved in various cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis and gene regulation. WDR35 may promote CASP3 activation and TNF-stimulated apoptosis.Molecular pathology
WDR35 mutations have been found in some patients with Sensenbrenner syndrome/cranioectodermal dysplasia.
