Location:On Wheatland Road, 8 miles north of Salem.
Facilities:Picnic area, group picnic shelters, hiking trail, bike path, bridle trail, horse camp, boat ramp, boat rentals, restrooms (é), interpretive exhibit, game courts.
Activities:Group camping, fishing, boating, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, interpretive programs.
Special Features:Park is the site of Jason Lee Methodist Mission (founded in 1834) and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It also includes the nation's largest known black cottonwood tree, about 250 years old.
