Location:North central Idaho, 36 miles south of Lewiston.
Facilities:69 campsites (many with electricity), 4 rental yurts, restrooms,showers, group picnic shelter, playground, trails, boat ramp.
Activities:Camping, fishing, boating (electric motors only), hiking, mountainbiking, cross-country skiing, ice fishing, ice skating, guided naturewalks, interpretive programs.
Special Features:Winters at this park are long and cold withample snowfall, while summers are short, with warm days and coolnights. The park offers year-round recreation activities, with a primitive campingarea and yurts available all year. Wildlife at the park includes white-tailed deer, Canada geese,muskrats, Steller's jay, osprey, and Columbian ground squirrels. TheWolf Education and Research Center is located one mile from theentrance to the park.
