Special Features:The Woodland Opera House is the last of the once-numerous opera housesof California's early small towns. Before it closed in 1913, it was astopping place for more than 300 touring companies. The opera housebecame a state historic park in 1976, and since then its interior hasbeen restored to the grandeur it enjoyed at the turn ofthe century. Live entertainment is offered there on a year-roundbasis.
