Location:On South Avenue 3 miles west of Highway 99 at Vina, or 6 miles east of I-5 at Corning.
Facilities:Family and environmental campsites, picnic areas, hiking and nature trails, nature preserve, boat ramp nearby.
Activities:Camping, fishing, hiking.
Special Features:This oak woodland park is nestled along the Sacramento River betweenChico and Red Bluff. The park includes a preserve that features some ofthe last remaining riparian habitat in California and provides a winterhome for bald eagles and a summer nest site for the yellow billedcuckoo.
