(World-Wide Web)(WWWW) One of the first automatic indexingtools for the World-Wide Web, being developed in September1994 by Oliver McBryan at theUniversity of Colorado. The worm created a database of300000 multimedia objects which can be obtained or searchedfor keywords via the WWW.
