Special Features:Arizona Territorial Prison was home to 3,069 prisoners, including 29 women, from 1876through 1909. The park's museum details theprison's development and tells stories of prisoners who served timethere. Artifacts preserved include strap-iron cell doors, crude bunkbeds, and numerous ball and chain devices.
