Zelenoborskii

an urban-type settlement in Murmansk Oblast, RSFSR. Located on the eastern shore of Kovdozero (Lake Kovda), 4 km from the Kniazhaia railroad station on the Leningrad-Murmansk line. Population, 10,000 (1970). Emerged as a result of the construction of the Kniazhaia Guba Hydroelectric Power Plant. Wood-products and mechanical-repair factories and a logging and timber distribution establishment are located here.
