Zemlianoi

(Bol’shezemel’skii Ridge), morainic ridges (“musiurs”) in the Bol’shezemel’skaia Tundra (Komi ASSR and Arkhangelsk Oblast, RSFSR). The Zemlianoi Ridge forms the watershed between the Barents Sea and the Pechora River. The ridges (up to 250 m in height) alternate with wide, rolling lowlands filled with peat bogs and lakes.
