Zheltukhin, Nikolai Alekseevich
Born Oct. 31 (Nov. 13), 1915, in Voronezh. Soviet scientist in mechanics and heat engineering, corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR (1968).
In 1950, Zheltukhin completed the advanced engineering courses at the N. E. Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School. From 1959 he worked at the Institute of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics of the Siberian division of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR. He was awarded the Lenin Prize (in 1957). He has been awarded two orders as well as medals.
