Zolotoi Rog

a bay at the head of the Petr Velikii Bay in the Sea of Japan, along the southern shore of the Murav’evAmur Peninsula. It is horn-shaped and well protected from winds. Length, over 7 km; width, over 2 km at its entrances and 1 km in interior sections; depth, 20-30 m at its entrances. The city and port of Vladivostok (USSR) is located on the shore of Zolotoi Rog Bay.
