arbitration panel Arbitration PanelA committee involved in an extrajudicial means of resolving a dispute. Parties to the dispute agree to make their cases before the arbitration panel and to abide by its decision, forgoing the right to an appeal. There are generally three members of an arbitration panel, but there may be up to five. Self-regulatory organizations such as FINRA sponsor arbitration panels for the equitable resolution of disputes.arbitration panel A group of individuals charged with resolving a dispute between individuals and/or organizations.
