Alberta Securities Commission

An organization in Canada that regulates the trade of securities in Alberta. Along with the British Columbia Securities Commission, it regulates the TSX Venture Exchange. Commission members are appointed by the Lieutenant Governor of Alberta with the advice and consent of the executive council.
