Biochemterrorist

A non-state person or group that uses biological or chemical agents to kill, injure, or incapacitate one's political enemy. A state that uses these agents may also be considered a biochemterrorist. There are numerous examples of biochemterrorism dating back thousands of years. See also: Biochemical warfare.
