Bioclusive

Bioclusive

A thin, polyurethane, acrylic adhesive-coated dressing, which is permeable to water and O2, but not bacteria; it prevents scabbing and facilitates epidermal regeneration, compared to wounds treated with dry dressings.
Indications
Minor burns, donor sites, postoperative wounds and minor injuries—e.g., abrasions and lacerations.
Contraindications
Bioclusive should not be used for deep cavity wounds, third-degree burns or wounds with evidence of clinical infection.
