Special Features:Colonial Michilimackinac is a reconstructed colonial fur-tradingvillage and military outpost of the 1700s, with 15 buildings"inhabited" by a regiment of redcoats as well as traders andcolonial ladies who demonstrate cooking, sewing, and otherdomestic arts of the time. The reconstruction is based on informationgathered during the nation's longest archaeological excavation.
