(Black Repartition), the official journal of the Black Repartition, a revolutionary Populist organization. In 1880–81 five issues appeared. The first two were edited by G. V. Plekhanov, P. B. Aksel’rod, Ia. V. Stefanovich, L. G. Deich, and O. V. Aptekman. Because the organization’s St. Petersburg printing house was seized by the government, the first two issues were printed in Geneva. The third through fifth issues were edited by A. P. Bulanov, K. Ia. Zagorskii, and M. I. Sheftel’ and printed at the organization’s Minsk printing house. Circulation, 1,000.
