A clinical trial that tested whether activation of detection features (stability, onset, and A-V relationships) in a dual chamber implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) would reduce inappropriate therapy without inhibiting appropriate ICD therapy for ventricular tachycardia.Conclusion Activation of therapy inhibitors significantly reduced inappropriate ICD therapy.
