State: New YorkI'm originally come from Poland, im young man and I would like to buy an apartment condo in New York and I would like to get to know what kind requirements I would have to satisfy. Only problem is that im not immigrant yet. Plus Poland is not allowed to get a chace in green card lottery to 2008.
