An autosomal dominant condition [MIM 112200] characterised by compressible cavernous haemangiomas of skin, mucosal membranes, GI tract, and liver that are blue-purple and rubbery and measure up to several cm with a bleeding tendency; they may be painful and disfiguring, producing hypochromic anaemia
