Location:Southwest of Texarkana, near the Oklahoma border.
Facilities:Campsites with full hookups, campsites with water and electricity hookups, tent camping, group camp, cabins, showers, restrooms, picnic areas, day-use group facility, hiking trails, boat ramp, boat rentals (seasonal), dock, fishing pier, fish cleaning station, amphitheater, park store, playground.
Activities:Camping, boating, canoeing, fishing, swimming, hiking.
Special Features:Although northwest Texas is primarily known for evergreen pines, each autumn the park's sweetgum, oak, and maple trees produce showy shades of red and gold. In springtime, the rolling hills burst into bloom with dogwoods, redbuds, and wisteria vines.
