Question
Country: United States of AmericaState: MinnesotaI recently filed, and discharged, a bankruptcy in MN. Included were some NSF checks in the amount of about $3,000.00. Can I still be prosecuted by the state for writing the checks in the first place? And, if so, is there anything I can do about it before it would come to that?
