Bolshoi Lug

an urban-type settlement in Irkutsk Oblast, RSFSR; situated on the Olkha River (Angara basin), with a railroad station 38 km south of Irkutsk. Population, 11,100 (1968). There is a lumber camp. Some of the inhabitants work for enterprises in Irkutsk and Shelekhov.
