[′bäd·əm ‚flō] (engineering) A molding apparatus that forms hollow plastic articles by injecting the blowing air at the bottom of the mold. (hydrology) A density current that is denser than any section of the surrounding water and that flows along the bottom of the body of water. Also known as underflow.
