Ditto drive

An early family of QIC-based tape drives originally from Iomega. The Easy 800/3200 were Travan TR1/TR3 drives with 400MB and 1.6GB native capacity. Subsequent 2GB and 3.7GB models (compressed, 2x native) used proprietary formats but could read QIC and Travan tapes.

Ditto Max drives supported capacities up to 10GB (compressed) and could read Ditto 2GB and 3.7GB, TR3 and QIC-3020 tapes. Verbatim made a full line of cartridges, which had a 250MB Flash!File partition in the front of the tape for frequently used files. See QIC.
