State: ArizonaDear Sir, I received back in 1980 an arrest warrant by an Arizona court for failure to appear in court pursuant to a traffic accident (failure to yield). I would like to know whether there is prescription and, in case the warrant is still in force, whether it is valid in States outside Arizona.

Normally it is still valid but such warrants are seldomly enforced out of state. More states are trying to coordinate on that though...
