Form 2210-F

Form 2210-F

A form that an individual, estate, or trust files with the IRS to calculate whether and how much the filer owes as a penalty for underpayment of estimated taxes on income related to fishing or farming. In general, one must file Form 2210-F if at least two-thirds of the filer's gross income comes from fishing or farming and his/her estimated taxes were less than two-thirds of the actual taxes owed. One can also file Form 2210-F to request a waiver from the penalty.
