Form 4506-EZ Form 4506-EZA form that one files with the IRS to request some of the information contained on a tax return filed in the previous three years. The information is called the transcript of the tax return, and does not include information such as penalties assessed, payments made, or adjustments made by the IRS. One may request the copy be sent to him/her, or one may direct that it be sent to some other party. |
