Echo Bubble Echo BubbleA small bubble that forms after another bubble bursts. That is, an echo bubble forms when the economy or, more commonly, the stock market begins to recover from a burst bubble prematurely. Analysts and investors form echo bubbles, in part, because they begin to feel more confident than the situation warrants. As with all bubbles, echo bubbles eventually burst. |
