Location:Off US 101, 2 miles north of Cannon Beach.

Activities:Camping, fishing, hiking, surfing, wildlife viewing, whale watching.
Special Features:Park is located near the end of the Lewis and Clark Trail. One of its first attractions was a beached whale: in 1806 Captain William Clark and twelve others climbed over rocky headlands and fought their way through thick shrubs and trees to get to the whale. The Clatsop Loop Trail follows in the footsteps of Clark and his men.
