Elenskii

an urban-type settlement in Khvastovichi Raion, Kaluga Oblast, RSFSR. Located in the southern part of the oblast, 55 km southeast of the Sudimir railway station (on the Sukhinichi-Briansk line). It has a factory manufacturing medical glassware and a timber procurement establishment. Quartz sand is mined in the vicinity of Elenskii.
