British hospital Resuscitation study. A study of the circumstances, incidence and outcome of CPR carried out within various British hospitals.
 
Primary endpoint
Survival at 24 hours, discharge, 1 year.
Results
Survival after in-hospital resuscitation at one year was 12.5% including out-of-hospital cases.
 
Conclusion
In-hospital resuscitation is life saving and cost effective.
