A gene on chromosome 4q28 that encodes a ubiquitously expressed protein, the activity of which is isoform dependent:• Isoform 1 activates LYN and BLK promoters, and acts synergistically with RUNX1 to transactivate the BLK promoter;
• Isoform 2 may repress RUNX1-mediated transactivation.
