Location:South-central Massachusetts. Take Mass Pike (I-90) to Exit 8, Route 32south to Route 20 east, right on Monson Road. Follow signs.
Facilities:Group day-use area, trails, restrooms (é).
Activities:Fishing, walking/hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, hunting (with restrictions), swimming, cross-country skiing.
Special Features:Rolling, densely forested property includes over 20 miles of roads andtrails. Located in the western portion of the forest is Dean PondRecreation Area, an isolated, peaceful spot for picnicking and swimming.
