It differs physiologically by resistance to cycloheximide. Genus includes several species, all of which may be pathogenic to humans.Cladophialophora (klăd″ō-fī″ă-lŏf′ĕ-ră) [NL.] A genus of pigmented soil fungi that sometimes cause cutaneous, subcutaneous, or intracerebral infections in humans, often in those with immunosuppressive diseases and conditions.
