British Pharmacological Society

A UK charity formed in 1931 which is the professional association for pharmacologists in the UK and a leading pharmacological society, with 2,700 members from 60 countries. It is involved in developing and promoting pharmacology and promoting trainees and workers in the field. The BPS covers the whole spectrum of pharmacology, including laboratory, clinical, and toxicological aspects and supports its members working in academia, industry and health care.
