CCITT HIgh-Level Language

(language)(CHILL) A real-time language widely used intelecommunications. CHILL was developed in the 1970s andimproved in 1984, 1988, 1992, and 1996. It is used in severalcountries including Germany, Norway, Brasil, and South Korea.

Cygnus are developing a compiler based on gcc.
