| 释义 | CCL16CCL16A gene on chromosome 17q11.2 that encodes a CC-type cytokine, which is characterised by two adjacent cysteines and, as with all cytokines, is involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes. CCL16 is chemotactic for lymphocytes and monocytes, but not neutrophils. It is a potent myelosuppressor, suppressing the proliferation of myeloid stem cells. CCL16 expression is upregulated by IL-10. |
